How to Track Your Order

  2. Click the tracking link provided in the email or visit the courier’s website

  3. Enter your tracking number to view the latest updates on your shipment

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United Kingdom

Tracking Not Updating

If your tracking information has not updated:

  • Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for updates to appear

Lost or Delayed Orders
